New: switch between voice and video during a call, with full screen and picture-in-picture. Approve a new or reinstalled phone with a code. Setting up a new phone from your old one now shows a second code to compare before anything is installed. Signed files now also sign their time and file name. Security: stricter checks of call encryption, ID chips and certificates. Fixes for two-step sign-in, cloud storage lists and German wording.

New: "Continue with Google" (one tap) and "Continue with Apple" at the top of the sign-in screen. The first time, your account is set up from your Google or Apple name and email; after that you are straight in. Email sign-in is unchanged. Security fix: screenshots stay blocked after you leave a sealed screen. Projects: if "Send another request" is refused because the responsible use notice is not accepted yet, the app says so and offers Open in browser.

Projects on the phone: customers, projects, milestones, timeline and project notices, plus "Send another request". Pest control: four request templates (survey, placement, recheck, removal); station number from its QR code or typed, compass direction sealed into placement, recheck and removal photos. Calls reconnect after a network change, show the security notice as a small chip and in call history, and flip the camera without dropping. Unlock prompt fixed on Android 10.

Crew photos now reach the office reviewers, and you can assign a job to a team member from the app. Photos show on the review screen. Submit no longer leaves readable copies on the phone; save one when you want it. Go live with a recorded video: end, loop, time or view limits, speed, and viewers see Paused. Colleagues find each other in People, unread marks clear everywhere, and notifications say who and what. Confidential photos ask for confirmation everywhere.

StateNull 1.2.40 — Home shows what is active now (calls, waiting guests, chats) and the jobs waiting for you. One search for jobs, templates, people and your chats (chat text is searched on the phone only). Requests: fold and reorder the groups; the job screen follows the portal order. New: Confidential jobs ask for your fingerprint every time. Windows/NAS (SMB) delivery now always signs or encrypts the connection.

StateNull 1.2.39 — Add this browser in one tap: approve on the phone, type the 2-digit number, done. Messages you read are marked read everywhere (list, bell, notification, portal). Trust-E chats carry a clear label. Home is the first tab; choose where the app opens (Settings › Appearance). Calling a guest who is not on the page says so, and an unanswered guest call ends after 60 s with Leave a message. Open-source licences in Settings › Help & legal. Smaller app.

StateNull 1.2.38 — Go live: switch front/back camera, or show a recorded video. Calls and meetings never vanish (bar, notification, picture-in-picture). Guests: video and voice calls from the chat, fair per-guest limits, guest-link slots (5, Pro Max 10). Review requested videos and photos on the phone. Delivery destinations test themselves, every delivery is checked and gets a receipt; new: a folder on this phone, Proton Drive, ready-made providers, Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox and Box; import files from the phone. Records shows the backup status of every item. Fewer, clearer battery prompts.

StateNull 1.2.37 — Requests now start with the most used actions for people without the app: chat by link, video call by link, request files, request a video. Guest sessions can be locked so a guest cannot delete anything, and you choose how long the history is kept. Prepared and not switched on yet: interactive lives and meetings (moderation, stage, chat and questions, meetings by link, recording with a notice to everyone).

StateNull 1.2.36 — Go live is prepared: choose who may watch from your contacts or by @handle, get a notice when a live starts, plan a live ahead with a reminder, and see who watched. Go live is not switched on yet; these options appear as soon as it is. Includes the battery improvement of 1.2.35.

StateNull 1.2.35 — much better battery life. In the background the app used to keep your phone busy almost every second; now it rests and only wakes for what matters (about 96% fewer background connections). Calls still ring right away. Everything from 1.2.34 is included.

StateNull 1.2.34 — the camera works again on Android 17. Jobs: a Conversation with your office on every job, visit times your customer can pick, hand a job over when someone leaves, the job site on a map (street detail follows), and a customer's video can be checked against its seal. Colleagues' replies now say who sent them. Web sign-in with a passkey is approved on your phone. Also in this release: the customer's decision on a job, clearer notices, signing on Android 10, and call banners that no longer cover the picture. Reading text in your photos comes with the next update.

StateNull 1.2.31 — Request files: send anyone a link and they can send you files, big ones too (up to 4 GB each), straight from their browser — no app, no account; encrypted on their device before it leaves. Notify when it's submitted: on any request, add e-mail addresses or @handles of people in your office or your contacts; each gets their own message (BCC keeps someone off the list the others see), and @handles get a notice in the app. Everything from 1.2.30 is included: hold a Home tile to open the app there, save codes without typing, calls that ring in every state.

Report layouts: your organization can now define how a Proof Pack looks — sections, wording, placeholders such as the guest name, date or template name, company name and logo — in the customer portal under Proof Requests → Report layouts. Phones pick the layouts up by themselves. On a job, choose the layout, preview the report before anything leaves the phone, and export it as PDF or as a Word (.docx) file. Also: when a plan allowance is reached (share links, proof requests, guest calls, call minutes), the app now says so plainly — with the reset date and, where it applies, the plan that lifts the limit — instead of a generic error.

Calling asks for your microphone before it rings anyone: a call you have not yet allowed the microphone for is not placed, so nobody is left ringing or waiting for you. A call nobody joins within 45 seconds now ends on its own, even with the app in the background. Tapping the word Accept or Decline under the buttons now works. Sign back in without typing on a new Android phone (accounts without a second factor; your office review key stays on your own device, as before).

Signing in now opens your sealed photos: your password unlocks your office review key on your own device, so the Review Code becomes a recovery code you keep in a safe rather than something you type every day. Your password is never sent to us in a form that could open your evidence.

Reliability: restarting your phone no longer crash-loops the call listener during the busy first minutes after boot. Calls and alerts resume when you next open the app.

Your finished free proof stays served: the app and web portal now keep showing the completed proof request - its sealed evidence, review record and customer status link - after approval, instead of a bare paywall. Plus notification and reliability fixes.

Sealed photos now appear in your customer portal (end-to-end encrypted - open them with your Review Code or by scanning the QR with this app), the free first proof request runs end to end, per-account data & call regions, and call reliability fixes.
