Summary terms for using StateNull and StateNull-SecoM, provided by R-ESM LLC (Royal Enterprise Service Management).
StateNull provides secure communications, conferencing, file sharing and (for organizations) device management. A 14-day free trial is available; paid plans are billed as described at sign-up.
You agree to use the services lawfully and not to abuse, attack, or attempt to circumvent the security of the platform. Organization-managed features must only be used on devices you are authorized to manage.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and recovery material safe. Because content is end-to-end encrypted, R-ESM LLC cannot recover encrypted content if you lose your keys.
The services are provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. R-ESM LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
